COBRA VENOM FANGS - MAGNUM AK Series are designed as an upgrade to the COBRA MAGNUM AK Series steering system. The FANGS are small fins mounted directly on the inner surface of the steering fins utilizing the bottom two holes on the MAGNUM fins. These fins are mounted forward of the nozzle pivot point to provide a nice "power steering" effect.
The FANGS are also positioned to control the water as it exits the reverse opening on the bottom of the nozzle. The FANGS help to direct the water and keep it under the boat to improve the reverse steering response.
The COBRA VENOM FANGS MAGNUM AK Series Upgrade Kit for articulating keel Yamaha Jet Boats contains 2 FANGS fins and the stainless bolts and nylock nuts required.
All Cobra Jet Steering systems are protected by one or more of the following U.S. Patents: 6561858, 6702630, 8425269, 10259552, 10843778.
